SPCA operates mall kiosk

Christmas time is near -—time for joy and cheer — and catnip. And dog bones, too. The SPCA will operate a holiday gift kiosk filled with gifts for people and their pets through Saturday. "This is a great way for shoppers to get presents for a pet or someone with a pet," said Vickie Stryker, executive director for the Lycoming County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
