The Oaks is turning over a new leaf

Nearly two years after The Oaks shopping center in Thousand Oaks first submitted applications for a major overhaul, a new generation of retailers is taking root.

More than 80 stores are expected to be built, expand or relocate within the mall through 2008 – many of which will be the only of their kind in the region – proving that the mall’s new look is just what retailers are seeking.
