Heidi Cardall, Director - Specialty Leasing

Heidi Cardall is the director of specialty retail for CBL & Associates Properties Inc., one of the largest and most experienced owners, developers and managers of malls and shopping centers in the country.

Previously Cardall served as Senior Divisional Manager of Specialty Retail before her promotion to Director, Specialty Retail. She joined CBL & Associates Properties Inc. in 1998 after honing her expertise in the retail and specialty leasing arena for more than 10 years. Cardall received her Bachelor of Science Degree in marketing and business administration from the University of Central Florida, Orlando, FL. As Director/Specialty Retail, she provides operational leadership in the key area of specialty retail.

Deborah Kravitz, Partner

Deborah S. Kravitz is a partner in Provenzano Resources, Inc, (PRI) a retail real estate consulting firm providing specialty leasing programs, management, leasing, training seminars, and retail development for shopping centers, lifestyle and entertainment venues, airports and retailers. PRI owns and manages the high profile Third Street Promenade Specialty Retail Program, redeveloped in winter of 2005.

John S Kokinchak, SCSM, CLS was appointed Vice President of Property Management Ð Specialty Centers at Developers Diversified Realty in August 2004. Prior to DDR he served as the Vice President of Property Management for Prizm Asset Management Company, a division of Boscov's Department Stores Inc., and general management positions with Shopco Advisory Group and Simon Property Group.

Mr. Kokinchak is a Senior Certified Shopping Center Manager and a Certified Leasing Specialist with ICSC. He has served on several Advisory Committees and Boards of Directors; The Managerial Science and Advisory Board for Marywood University, Business Leadership Advisory Board for the University of Scranton, numerous non-profit organizations, and serves as an Advisory Board Member to Specialty Retail Report.

Mr. Kokinchak received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Hamilton University.
